"She's a real groovy lady, she makes the bravest cats go fraidy

I liked to think that Vera & Maris were distant relatives.

My favorite part of his reaction was when he inadvertently echoed Matt Kennedy Gould with his "What is going on?" It really is the only sane reaction there is.

There definitely was a lot of filler, but I wish it was longer. As someone says downthread, I easily could have watched a 3 hour version of this show every week.

I haven't read the comments yet, but while CELEBRITY APPRENTICE is one of my guilty pleasures, the bit where Trump made the comment to what's her name (Brandi?) about how good she must look on her knees was one of the more disgusting reality TV moments I've seen. That's who Trump is- a sleazy asshole surrounded by

Even when he broke or couldn't read the cue cards it still came across better than it does when it happens to a Bieber type.

I know who he is, but honestly wasn't aware he was at the level where he was a suitable SNL host. I thought of him as more of a "hour long Comedy Central Special" type guy.

I didn't know you could say "dickhead" on network TV. The sketch taught me that much at least. I also liked Tarran Killam's glassy eyed stare.

Yeah, they haven't aged at all either. Alex Power and I guess Val are the only ones who have aged at all

Adomian wasn't great, but I liked Lapkus.  Didn't find her voice any more annoying than anyone else's kind of obnoxious character voice. I also liked that Scott wasn't quite the straight man and instead was creepy and weird.

POWER PACK was one of my favorites as a kid so I was thrilled that Hickman gave him (and Artie & Leech) a role in FF. Even though it secretly bugs me that Alex has aged about 7 years  while Franklin is the same age he was back then.

You're the jerk who prevented me from getting the name I wanted! But we agree on "Hawkguy" so it's cool.

I don't know if it's fair to blame Drew Carey as I don't think ABC would have been too interested in airing a show that depended on it's viewers being familiar with 100 YEARS OF SOLITUDE.

There was also DREW CAREY'S IMPROVAGANZA on GSN. It wasn't bad, but it was never that great either. Drew was a weak link as he simply is not that great of an improviser.

I loved Kids Kouch, especially since I seem to recall one of the kids was just kind of weird. The whole InfoMania crew was pretty great. Not every bit was classic, but considering it was on a channel nobody watched and had a budget of about a nickle per episode it was pretty great.

Part of the reason I dislike Keith Olberman is because he got INFOMANIA cancelled. I don't know if he personally had anything to do with it, but him signing with Current and INFOMANIA suddenly getting cancelled can't have been a coincidence.

Wasn't Ralph the name of Earl's dirtbag friend played by Giovani Ribisi? I could google it, but I like the idea that it's him so I'm just gonna go with it.

If Brandon is like this in his home life then I genuinely fear for his wife/girlfriend and their kid. Phil seems mostly harmless. Brandon is anything but.

I don't know if you've officially claimed the idol if you just leave it where it is, especially if someone else could just come along and find it. I think you have to do something with it, even if it's just bury it somewhere else.

Yeah, the idea that they could just bury somebody alive for two minutes and she would be fine seems way too risky. It seemed unfair to make her task so much more difficult than everyone else's.
