TV's Mr. Alan Dale
I drunkenly said, "Hey it's Mr. Widmore!" when he came on screen.

It's almost as if things aren't all black and white and there were good and bad elements to the show. Weird.
When the cell phone started ringing during the funeral, I thought Khandi Alexander was going to give a one-eyebrow arch and Look Of Death to whoever dared have the cell phone go off during the funeral.
Where it was filmed
"I honestly can't tell if this was filmed on location in Palm Springs and Indio, but I would wager it was."
Two word: Ricky Martin

Freddy, Mike the Cleaner knows about the difficulties between Walt and Skyler, and I'm sure that he is more beholden to Gus than to Saul.
Dude, this is Kevin Costner in a small city… not Kevin Costner in New York or Los Angeles. I'm sure he'd find someone.
Who would Aaron be delivering this punishment to? Tomas?
Hinkle!
I like how not only they get all the little parts of Albuquerque right (Skyler and Walt are driving down Menaul to the car wash that is actually on Menaul here in Albuquerque), but Saul is describing Hinkle Family Fun Center, a place with lazer tag, bumper boats and putt-putt golf (among other things).
The giant cookie gag
is my favorite kind of thing that sitcoms do; the funny visual that just goes on throughout the episode (extended version of this: Ryan's increasingly odd outfits on The Office).
Ashley Morris
The shoutout to the late Ashley Morris from Davis was great. Ashley is much of what Jon Goodman's character is based on.
Someone just bought a thesaurus.
My two-word-review on Twitter was "Holy shit." Everyone agreed.
He broke it during a game, but I did find it weird that it wasn't mentioned in the documentary. But the short run time on this one seemed to hurt it more than any other 30 for 30 documentary.
I liked this episode because every single character was perfect. Marshall and his lying to Lily/his friends to save himself from a fight with Lily; Barney with his lying to get in bed with (a) beautiful woma(e)n; Ted and his douchery thinking that people care about his model building (and the scene where he recreates…
That was Badger!
I guess that Breaking Bad and HIMYM don't have much of a crossover audience, since no one has mentioned that the pizza guy was Badger from Breaking Bad.
Maybe crossing Desmond out in the cave is a head fake to Smokey from Jacob. Jacob already knows that Desmond is his replacement, he just has to keep Smokey occupied until Desmond is in place.
Desmond's "sacrifice"
I have to think that Desmond's sacrifice will be to be Jacob's replacement. And for some reason, he seems OK with it…
Any Chuck episode with Morgan, Awesome and Casey in a van gets at least a B in my book.
The thing about 30 Rock
Is that it was never the high-minded sitcom that some always yearn for. It was always a big bag of rapid fire jokes, with Alec Baldwin being the best part of any scene he was in and tying that scene together.
