Oh, I enjoy that aspect too, but I feel like there is an underlying current of that same character despite the differences among the actors/incarnations of the doctor, or at least that's what they're going for.

I did see a clip of him strangling his companion after regenerating… I kind of doubt I'll be going into his era without prejudice. Ah well.

I'm interested to see what Colin Baker's like. I've heard so many bad things about him and I'm just really curious to see what happens in that era of the show.
