They would have to try 4 different times to get a Boston Rob.

Francesca's early ouster is still a sore point for me. I was so glad when I saw she was being brought back.
I have this theory that he was probably an awkward geek as a kid and flourished into an athlete in his late teens or later. He seems so invested in being the good looking alpha jock rather than taking it for granted the way people like Eddie and Malcolm do.
Wasn't Sandra always trying to operate as something of a swing vote on HvV too with Russell? I don't know if that counts since she was naming the person she wanted to see go home, rather than choosing between two options given to her, but she was putting herself in that usually weak position between the two tribes.
@JudgeReinhold:disqus what about those of whose who like both Hantz's tantrum and like to see nerds beating jocks?
I've seen a lot of hatred towards Cochran elsewhere. Funny thing is, outside of AVClub, people don't always go for those smug book-learned types, especially when they're playing against good looking All American boys.
@avclub-858b67085072a6f2403cf500871f4068:disqus but even if she had seen him find it, it would have bought him another week at the very least. And after last week, all Malcolm can now do is play the game from week to week thinking short term. He should have focused on doing whatever it took to stay another week, even…
But he misspelled Malcolm.
Those obnoxious Penny Arcade kickbacks taint the comic for me to this day. What a couple of smug jackasses.
I'm a pessimist with low self esteem, so if the prize were good, I'd be tempted to keep the guaranteed prize rather than the unlikely chance and uphill battle of a million dollars.
The swing votes always seem to swoon over how much power they have, nevermind they're just deciding between two options the other players are giving them. Drives me nuts.
This idea that Malcolm is a brilliant strategist has got to come to an end. He hasn't done shit.
Why didn't Malcolm continue looking for the idol? Who cares if Andrea was watching? He had to know he was working with a short deadline.
Except Malcolm voted for him when Malcolm seemed completely unsure how the vote was going to turn out. Combining that with convincing Reynold to give him his idol, and I would have been pissed had I been in Reynold's place.
Who would they really not want to lose though? They all seem pretty expendable to one another.
There's still a good chance that this will turn out to be a ballsy, but failed move.
How would he know which way they split the vote? It could have been Malcolm 4 and Eddie 3. And even if Malcolm was 3 and Eddie's 4 votes didn't count, they would just do a revote and Malcolm would have 7 votes.
I think he would have been better off trying to approach some one before tribal council and reveal the two idols to them try to ensure that their vote was changed rather than winging it at tribal council.
How would he have "sucked in all the votes" to Eddie? Wouldn't he have gone home if he had done what you're proposing?
I think the Parvati thing was way cooler. As far as I remember, she was told to use her idol by a sort-of ally from the heroes side and then confidently deduced from that that she should give both idols to two non-allies.
