Yeah the marketing strategy was baffling . . . especially once you saw the movie. However it did have the effect of pissing off the right people and pleasantly surprising the right ones.

The perfect gift for your weird nephew and the voices that tell him to, "burn them all."

Ugh. I don't need another app to arose me sexually.

The Monkees weren't about music. They were about rebellion, about political and social upheaval!

Without getting too spoilery, I think this documentary marks the only time I audibly agreed with someone by saying, "Yep. You should have killed her."

THE SITH ARE NORTH OF THE WALL!

Actually "The Stand" is one of the few novels where if the film adaptation was split into two films I'd be okay with it. There's enough material to keep if from feeling too strained. I don't see a lot of money here . . .

Boo?

Saying "Hey guys, I kind of like Spanglish", really isn't that terrible of an opinion to have. I don't like this movie but there are worse things to like. Calm down everyone.

Interesting . . . especially when you consider both film's are ruined by the worst kind of "soft liberal" oversimplifications about race and language.

"You now have a Swiss bank account if anybody asks. Crédit Nationale Du Génève code name 'PADDY'. Lavish awkward gesture. All of fifteen Swiss Francs in it, but if you ever want to impress anybody, they can find out you have a Swiss account. But, Swiss law prohibits the bank from revealing the balance. Thus are all

"Deep Cuts from the Lady who Cuts Deep" - working album title

Everybody laugh . . .
