I'm a little surprised the "once upon a time" version wasn't brought up. Wendy's description of Neverland and the malevolence of Peter's shadow were terrifying.

David Anthony has the coolest mom ever!

My son is generating these memories now by forcing me to sit through through "Seananners" and "Angry Joe". They're alright, but 45 minutes of raging about less than spectacular AI? I'm MTV generation, son! I don't have the attention span for this shit!

I worked Master Control for a FOX affiliate, with every shift running 3 episodes of "Everybody Loves Raymond", and occasional gems like "GluttonBowl". It was kind of a hell sampler.

Lobsters, as long as your using such negative terms to describe your marriage, you'll never be able to move on.

My comment to a friend who was hot for Fran Dressher, and is still relevant to this thread:
"She can't talk with her mouth full….."

And the Penis Choice Award goes to-fapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfap fapfapfapfapfapfapfap *

Wouldn't that be weird if the kid was able to fertilize one of his mom's eggs, and then his twin could be his daughter? And then they would have a really hard time on Bring-your-daughter-to-work day. And she would have a really big head.

@Rockford

Well, it was 1946, 1 year after WWII. From an everyman (non-soldier) perspective, this would reflect the condition of the civilian population after 3 years of rationing. Also reflective of the recognition given to returning vets at the time, particularly those who distinguished themselves. (at least in our minds.

Dirty rotten scoundrels was part of an awesome chain of 80's films that high-lit greed "with no negative consequence", like "Ruthless People" and "Other People's Money". 80's greed films would make an awesome AV Club article.

Don't worry. If you choke, I'll still squeeze you from behind and pass you to my wife, too.

@deadsea
Sadly, layoffs do nothing for enthusiasm where I work. Labor laws here mandate a "last hired first fired" approach. If your under a certain pay scale, and confirmed in your position as a permanent staff, you never really have to perform again.

Of course there are Harbinger. Who do you think keeps buying all of my bridges?

"Ever notice how life is just a pathetic, hollow, charade filled with the crushing disappointment of your failed childish ambitions, meaningless goals designed to drain you of your time, energy, and self respect for the betterment of those with power over you, and people that claim to love you only to crush whatever

I had always imagined Amelie's personal hell to be working as lead interview reporter for "People" magazine.

*NO INCEST*

Oh well, No point in watching then.
