Ship Of Tears for me, at least, from the era where the big episodes were most important. Into The Fire is good enough, which was a pretty big ask for early in a season, but yeah, by far the biggest episode not to be in my list.

Heh. We could toss Keffer and Na'Toth in there too to ruin it.
oh yeah, that
And it was better when it straddled that line!
jeez, what's 110, then?
"Lost In Translation rulez!"
*blink*
Sheridan kinda swallows the "in" I think.
Heh, that was another little speech that I didn't quite think worked. These are larger-than-life heroes, not "people like us." Seemed to be 100% aimed at the fans/crew instead of straddling the divide like the rest of the episode.

LET'S RANK SOME SHIT
If there's one thing you can say about Dr. Franklin, it's "streetwise."
Especially with the whole "all love is unrequited" thing. Ugh.
Thanks, fixing.
Part of me wonders if that's "luck" versus "didn't get paid enough for quality healthcare."
Both did the long-haired religious cult leader in the final season wrong.
It seems like there are more B5 actors dead than all five Star Trek franchises combined.
I thought about Breaking Bad S3 but I think BB is so intensely focused on its two-protagonist story that the structure wouldn't work so well with Defiance.
oh that has less to do with agency and more to do with crappiness.
I would be delighted if possession and shapeshifters disappeared entirely from sci-fi writing, yes. That a good story might occasionally fight through doesn't mean it's actually a good idea.
