Yeah, the first time I watched "Employee of the Month" I thought they were going to stretch the *SPOILERS* aftermath of Melfi's rape for a couple more episodes but instead we got Melfi ending the episode with a stern "no" when pressed by Tony about what exactly is wrong with her. Very heartbreaking.

Yeah, Ralphie is an interesting villain for the show because he never presents any real danger to Tony's authority. He tows the company line all the way. But he is such a sociopath (the incident in "University) that Tony feels he has to treat him like a threat.
