Me and my wife went to see that Riffrax show last week and had a blast. The new riffs were far superior to Disembodio babbling over the sex scenes and I don't think I ever fully appreciated how stupid Mark really is until this screening…

It seems to me like you're the expert!
And where was Adrian screaming, "Stop the fight!"?
Linkara is good in doses, but I see how he can get grating. Nostalgia Chick was great once, but she's been phoning it in for a while now. Todd In The Shadows is pretty entertaining, though.
It's quite something to think that there was a time when stuff like Nashville and Manhattan could be big mainstream hits. Hell, even something like the first Rocky feels pretty unslick and indie now.
I'm hungry. Think I'll go to pizza.com.
"Fish, plankton, sea greens! Protein from the sea!"
I'll have to check that out. Thanks.
I was actually thinking about this one just now. There is something soothing about a world where the worse thing that can happen is your Aunt Agatha trying to marry you off.
I'm also a pretty huge sucker for Latin/South American versions of '60s psychedelia. Like Os Mutantes. And this.
The Freudian psychology seems a bit dated now, but Forbidden Planet was pretty damn ambitious for the time. It's a lot better than most '50s sci-fi.
I loved Silent Running when I was a kid and watched it again a few years back. The great stuff is still great (Bruce Dern, the effects) and it still works as a tone poem and that's fortunate, since the science behind it doesn't make a lick of sense (If there are no more plants on Earth, what are we breathing? Did…
The original Twilight Zone has that sort of inherent early-60s squareness that never gets old for me. Not to mention it being totally awesome in black and white. It probably got cancelled at just the right time; I can't imagine it having quite the same impact in color.
Love these guys. I know that Joe's been doing other stuff lately, but I really hope there's another Pernice Brothers album someday.
That was the curse of almost all 70s superhero TV. Like I said, wasn't really good…
And then he'll rant about the tyranny of gay rights while rhapsodizing about Taylor Lautner being shirtless in Twilight.
I caught some of the Nicholas Hammond Spider-Man on cable years ago and, '70s cheese and all, thought it had some potential. Peter, J. Jonah, and Betty seemed to have some nice chemistry and played off of each other fairly well. It probably would have never been good, but it wouldn't have necessarily been a…

If he wanted to, Kevin Feige could probably drive a dump truck full of money up to her house. She's not made of stone!
These credits are a bit too derivative of Bond to work as an actual thing, but I love the vibe they're going for here. Still totally baffled as to why there's no movie coming…
