As biig a Wiig fan as I am (wordplay!), I hadn't fully realized just how much SNL space was opened up by her departure. We could all list sketches of hers we're happiest not to see again (mine are Gilly - the character she promised was killed and then she brought back - and the WU singing duo she did with Fred…

I love Wiig, but that shit was ridiculous. For Sudeikis's last, they should do the same thing, word for word, ending with Lorne and Jason dancing off.

Sudeikis is a great straight man, probably the closest thing the show has had to Hartman since Hartman (although, Hartman was also great at impressions, of course),

That's not fair. His Biden is a braying, jackass manchild, where his Romney is a stilted, needledick automaton. Neither of them are very accurate, but they aren't the same voice and I actually enjoy the Biden one quite a bit.

Of course they're working class, and they always have been. My aunt's been a public school teacher all my life and has always needed a second job to make ends meet.

Things apart from this video series that commercial is slowly ruining for me (a partial list): Boats, coffee shops, werewolves, giant squids, finance, redheads, fantasy sequences, pining.

This was clearly not Newton. Since everything else in the episode was meant to be taken literally, I'd imagine the "Walnut Street" referenced would be the one in Dorchester, as Louie needs to pass the giant Hood milk bottle in Southie to get to the Waterfront/North End, and Boston Harbor.
