Oasis is just the greatest, and this is probably their second best album. "Be Here Now" and "Don't Believe the Truth" are both respectable efforts, but "What's the Story" is iconic, beautiful, brash, a revival that of all that was great about the '60s merged with the best of '90s rock. And "Don't Look Back in Anger"…
