"Thor" was really boring. I'm shocked by the decent reviews it keeps getting.

"Jennifer's Body" wasn't as horrible as people say it was. It was a fun little genre-flick, and it was at least a lot more entertaining and original than the majority of horror films Hollywood produces each year.

"Testees" was horrible and I'm really glad FX found their footing with some of the best comedies on air a few years later.

I don't think it was the creators that decided to take a more story-oriented approach. It was probably Adult Swim demanding they develop characters and backstories (hence why Jackson Publick was brought in).

I don't really see how you can compare 9/11 to a one-time freakish robbery story. Plenty of movies have been inspired by horrific events. "The Texas Chainsaw" movies were all inspired by Ed Gein and other serial killers who would skin their victims. Nobody had a problem with that.

Well 2soon, comedies in bad taste are far more interesting than generic shit like "The Change-Up"

There was a brief time in the 80's when "Gremlins" and "Ghostbusters" were huge hits, but that time is long gone.

It also did the the psycho vigilante comedy better than "Super"
