Agents of Shield had the problem of having to tread water until Winter Soldier came out and allowed the main storyline to go where it should. Since then, it's been a pretty consistently well-done show.
John Oliver and Jonathan Banks provided some really solid supporting work in Season 5 that had been missing for a while. That said, I'm a sucker for the show so I've even rewatched Season 4 more than once.
