I'd love to hear him produce an entire hip-hop album.

I think his music is just something you "get" or don't. For me it hits all kinds of personal sweet spots but I can also see how others might not enjoy it anywhere near as much.

A step up in songwriting from the (fantastic) debut while also exploring more of his EP side. Album of the year so far IMO.

@avclub-e129a878f7b0e5aa9ac09e0282f64ea6:disqus My personal view is that her policies were incredibly effective in turning around the country, and she essentially made the necessary tough decisions no-one else was willing to make, but that they were unsuited to the long term run in office she eventually had.

@avclub-62ae6d9e1a24836a391716549223464f:disqus Funnily enough though both of my parents' families benefited; working class families from Yorkshire and Scotland. Of course I know many many families also suffered because of her time in power, but it's the fact that so many people act like that's the only legacy of her

Of course these people also only get one side of an incredibly complex story drummed into them. You could also look at how Thatcher turned around what was at the time a massively failing economy, and I doubt any of the residents of the Falklands would call it a "phony war". I think it's also become pretty clear over

"Well, I'm a pig now… so that's a thing"

Because even when the plots are messy and don't do much it's still guaranteed to make you laugh more than anything else on TV.

REALLY?! Have you actually looked at the grades for this season compared to previous? You're allowed to dislike it, but nothing pisses me off more than people who dislike something telling people who like it that they're lying to themselves.

Tonight's episode is awesome.

Well, I'm crying.

I think Hawaii works pretty well in between YOLO and Razorblade. I do like Vision of Division, but I had to be brutal and it didn't fit in with my master plan.

@avclub-301de78691e7b846452e3f8247d9732e:disqus Yeah, in my fantasy version I have it doing an intro/outro thing with YOLO.

I'm still not sold on the Casablancas solo album. Half of it's great and half of it is distinctly average IMO.

It was mine until Comedown Machine, but I agree that it's a fantastic little album.

I've always maintained that there is a great album hidden in FIOE and its B-Sides, but they didn't make it, and I wouldn't say it's in any way underrated. Take out Vision of Division, On the Other Side, Fear of Sleep, 15 Minutes and Killing Lies, replace them with Hawaii and I'll Try Anything Once and shuffle the
