I saw a rough cut of it at Harry Shearer's once. It's hard to tell what's going on because it's nothing but teeth and green screen.

Randy Newman
This must be said:
"Family Guy" did the Randy Newman gag 12 years ago.

Priya
I can't really fault the show for not showcasing more of Priya this week. Most of her interactions with Leonard were kept offscreen, and for good reason.
If we have learned nothing else from the series so far, it's that the less we see of Leonard's romantic moves, the better. The only way they're going to get

"THAT'S OUR HITLER!"
It's nice to call someone Hitler and have it be a touching tribute for once.

"The Best Christmas Story Never".
That was the episode where the show finally clicked for me. I think this show is at its best when they latch onto a particular premise, give it a twist, and then ride it all the way down to the gates of hell. In this case, the Ghost of Christmas Past takes Stan to revisit his

No puking?
A full night of cartoons with no characters vomiting forcefully on each other?
Did they fire the Fox executive who has a vomit fetish?

Nicely done.

The Barenaked Ladies are a bunch of Dirty Rotten Girlfriend Stealers.
I have my reasons.

"Oh, the Humanities."
That was a great line.

Most of those cats…
… are dead now.

It just needs to be bigger.

He's still thinking about that one time Mary was really drunk but he didn't close the deal.

"fat-man-with-hot-wife sitcoms"
Nailed.
Nice one, Todd.

Awesome
This movie makes "Inception" look like an episode of "Dynasty".

Raj's resolution of his non-communication problem was the best gag in the show.
It probably would have been even cooler if he'd started texting with Penny and she was able to communicate with a sober Raj and see what happened with that.
But hey, them bedroom doors ain't gonna slam themselves.

The BBC developed a tube-based gag-writing supercomputer in the 1950s called LAFFIAC. Unfortunately the only programmable variables were "Vicar/Headmaster" and "punchbowl/wedding cake".
It exploded after Peter Sellers attempted to reprogram it to emulate wacky oriental stereotypes.

"Bob's Burgers" is growing on me. Last week I couldn't understand why the world would need another heartwarming animated off-kilter family comedy.
I'm still not entirely sold, but the crawlspace/Shining stuff really worked for me.
The mother-in-law/social worker stuff: not so much.

"critics-cum-haters"?
Really, Kenny? Really?
Please go back and read that in context one more time.

No, AV Club, NO!
I am not DVRing this.
I am not going to watch every weird thing NBC lets leak onto its schedule. I have been Manimalled for the last time!
Look at the track record for just the last year: "The Event", "Persons Unknown", "The Marriage Ref", "Jay Leno"… All of these seemed like totally freaked out

Is this a "Cool Abed Films" production?
Actually, Troy and Abed would probably do something a bit slicker.
