It will say what it means several episodes later, but no one will understand the context.

Reminds me of the scene in First Contact when the holodoctor asks the Borg if they could use some ointment to deal with irritation around their cybernetic implants.

I like the idea that Damar feels guilty about killing Ziyal. He didn't show it, but of course if he felt it was His Duty to get rid of her then he would tamp that down. And he was apparently close enough to her during Dukat's pirate daze to be the one teaching her self-defense tricks.

*slightly faster clap*

Here's a peculiar form of praise for Jack: I always want to think it's Jeffey Combs playing him. Would have been a nice forth (fifth?) role for JC but of course problematic since Weyoun is in the ep.

Man, they really picked the perfect character for that. Out of everyone in the universe, I don't think there's anyone who more deserved an undiginified death than Kevan (plus the fact that this death saved him from a much more painful one).

Definitely the high point of her making people uncomfortable by her seeming youth (Donald Glover's reactions don't hurt).

I enjoyed him as Bond, but have to agree. Remington Steele was the hero of my early teens, and taught me that nothing was more important than quipping and movie knowledge.

Also, rewatched both recently. Did you know Harry Potter is in Tailor Of Panama? Craziness.

Much like Professor X in that film by Trainspotting.

I cannot read Diana Gabaldon's name without hearing Comedy Bang Bang's top teen Marissa Wompler breathlessly saying it before reading the big Outlander sex scene.

Just like an Outlander…to bring a sword, to a SWORDFIGHT!

"Gravity vacuums up massive profits with weighty themes!"

I agree. I was just reading that originally Clooney's part was supposed to be Robert Downey Jr., and I can't see that being an improvement; just Tony Stark all over again.

Though ironically she was mentioned in Smash season 2. Loved that exchange.

Tiny technical correction which I wouldn't bother with except that this show, as Bell might say, is kind of about details: the shirtless mathematician isn't working under blacklight. He's looking at slide projections, on the wall, of the pictures of the blacklit walls of the other house, although the effect (bright

I spent the whole episode knowing I knew him from somewhere. Turns out it was one of my favorite guilty pleasures: Event Horizon.

Yeah I suspected they were heightening the "Britishness" beyond what actual UKers would say. Which I had no problem with; you're not going to be there long, get as many rods to the furlong as you can.

If I were forced to explain this, I would say it proves that the Mirror Universe is some sort of a collective projection of the characters' fears, desires, and alternate-lifestyle curiosity. Which would kind of suck.
