I read it for a Golden Age of Children's Literature class and hated it. Chapter long descriptions of rugby (the game and the school) as if they are Olympian gods.

Ah, Melchett. Still worshipping God? Last I heard… He'd started worshipping me.

There is much to much discussion and not enough quotes.
I'd like to meet the Spaniard who can make his way past me.
Well, go to Spain; there are millions of them

Two things, my lord, must thee know of the Wisewoman. First, she is … a …woman! And second, she is

Flashman was also a spin off the bully Flashman in Tom Brown's School Days. I'd say Flashheart is a mixture of that and Errol Flynn type leads.

Yes Ben Elton wrote with him for The Young Ones so I'm pretty sure he knew what he was doing.

I think the internet in general inclines people to have either extreme of opinion.

I went with my brother to see Salo the 120 Days of Sodom at the cinema, he went to the John during the shit eating scene.

My dad used to like to listen to a shock jock who was famous for inciting a race riot and saying that the prime minister's father died of shame.

I agree with Erik Adams and Todd van Der Wolf's entries. Most video reviewers seem to think that the level of quality is a film without plot holes. They only time continuity should be brought up in a review is in egregious instances or when it undermines the films intention.

There were four films from 1954-66, then one in 1980 and then the two revival films. It would be more interesting to hear what films to see from an older larger series than something like Batman where if you look up the first thing to come up is the first two are good the other shit. The original Superman series would

Watch: Batman, Batman Returns

I might not have read much Valiant but it's hard not to admire Hal Foster's detailed compositions. You can almost just treat it like a wordless comic the action portrays most of the story.

More sad news going into Blackadder II, Patsy Byrne (Nursie) had died aged 80.

I don't agree with your second point I thought the forth series suffers from over recycling jokes.

People make a lot of the use of setting in 4 but forget that actually only 2 episodes are set solely in the trench. Also I don't think there is such a sense of melancholy as is made out to be, up until the last episode it is mostly pretty light. My biggest problem with the series is it tries to have its cake and eat

I don't think much from any of the other series touches Series 2.

In the Sims you can choose if you are homosexual or heterosexual just like in real life.
