You really can't miss a minute, let alone an episode

Oh god, I was so sure he'd die right there. I don't think they're pulling any punches with the absolutely horrible historical Mary/Darnley dynamic, so his death is sure to be much more awful than that

Reign has been my favorite appointment-viewing for years because it is always, always surprising me despite the broad strokes of history remaining pretty much the same

I've had Wonderwall stuck in my head on and off for 10 years and I'd like to be put out of my misery

I mean, we know the broad strokes of it. There's a lot beyond the central conflict that only book readers would know the details of, I don't think a brief mention of an event during a monologue tells you everything worth knowing. And I'd be interested to see more of Lyanna, younger Mormont, Ned's dad and brother etc.

A miniseries of standalone episodes telling the legends of the main houses. There's so much rich mythology there I'd love to see played out

There was a LOT going on in the era of Robert's Rebellion, I think there's enough material there for multiple points of view and interesting subplots

Reign has dealt pretty casually with gay relationships in the past, so that should be interesting. I hadn't read up on the French monarchy after Mary left, a little sad to see Charles might die this season - especially on Catherine's behalf

Not so much dependence on men, but the way her marriages doom her while Elizabeth's "virgin queen" status serves her so well. It's a pretty damning contrast on a show where Mary is our main heroine, and I think it's a good decision to avoid blaming her too heavily for her downfall. Like, usually in these comment

True, her conversation with Gideon about fertility just seemed to point the story in that direction. I also get the impression the writers think they need another factor to justify Elizabeth's choice not to marry, so that Mary doesn't look bad in comparison

I know, I was just lost in my own train of thought there

They're burning through plot like crazy. I'm almost hoping for a time jump along the way. 6 episodes! 6!!!! Epsiodes!!!!!!

I love the way they've turned around history with Mary's reluctant banishing of James / promise to bring him back, so I'm even more excited for what they'll do with the rest of her life. Darnley continues to be a jealous trainwreck, but kind of endearingly. I almost feel sorry for him that Bothwell is on his way.

I mean, that's where my mind goes too, but there are pretty firm stats that coverage and depiction of suicides raise suicide rates. I was surprised, because so many other issues are improved by raising awareness

It's tough with the internet, admittedly.

And they're already talking about it, so what good is trying to dictate what they can privately discuss? Better to try to direct those discussions in a constructive way

~spoilers~

I'd missed the telenovela feel of season one, it's nice to see more of that again

Yeah, I like that in a way Luisa has all the power in that relationship now. Seeing Rose miserable, powerless, stuck in a sweltering hot hotel room and an uncomfortable disguise while Luisa really puts her family before her for the first time was refreshing

Dunham and Co said it's supposed to be unclear whether he actually latches or not, the point is that she's finally connecting with him and accepting however it's going to be. I understand if the moment rubs those people the wrong way, but I don't think that was the intent
