The lady kept saying how easy each step in the 38-step breakfast-assembly process was, and yet none of that actually looked easy to me. Unless you're in an environment where the speed of sandwich production is a factor, I don't really "get" this item.

There are some places that will do poutine with skinnier fries that don't get mushy, it all depends on ratios. I am personally fond of the poutine from the Elgin St Diner in Ottawa, they use skinny fries for that and it's delish.
The food truck closest to my door offers a massive portion of "mexican poutine" (regular poutine+pickled chilis and crispy onion bits) for <$5. Chilis on poutine is the best.
Where I live in Canada, there are 3 poutine food trucks within a 5 minute walk of my door. It's… not healthy for me.
