Leopold was very under used character, I think he only shows up twice ever, but gets great jokes both times.

Honk if you love cookies.
I don't know what's funnier, Skinner being really attracted to his female commanding officer, or Skinner being really attracted to his male commanding officer.
Does anyone else know the greater meaning behind this episode? I know the simpsons usually rip on the school system in America, but usually when they base a whole episode on a single topic (like this, Homer and Apu, and any other political based episode), its biased on a real life event, usually in California.
What do you mean, the bank is out of money?", "Insolvent?!", "You only have enough cash for the next three customers?"
Guess everyone else jumped on the point…
Damn it.
It's possible, and the fact of the unreliable narrator is possible, but I viewed it as everything was true and the creators simply left out the extra details.
"good" as usually follows the general societal perception of it. She works hard, thinks people should follow the law, behaves in a mostly respectable manner.
Mrs. Simpsons, while we were rescuing your husband a lumber yard burnt down.
Yea, but it's hard to do with such a limited time.
Flowers for Algernon is a hugely influential sci-fi story. I have no problem seeing it's influences. Why I think it works is because it stays true to Charlie as a character.
LOVED that part. The continued exploration of Dennis shitty 80's music is one of those little character moments I love. I personally love shitty 80's music because of how cheesy it is.
I thought so too for the most part, but it has major character problems in the way it portrays them.
Loved this Charlie episode, good to see him growing, kinda… Like Mr. Perkins said the only fault is the broad strokes the writers painted the other characters in. I actually didn't mind the gang sniffing gasoline, they were put into Charlies old position, and sniff stuff to get you high goes with the territory.
I've always been partial to "Gladys: the groovy mule"
Maybe that's comedy. Or simply a missed extra N.
YES! "Get your paws off me you diiiiirty apes!" I would wager that this is THE best moment for Troy Maclure.
"We Do" is up there for me, same with "We put the Spring in Springfield". It's always hard to pinpoint your favorites for anything.
I don't know if Mr. Bruns even knows who he is thinking of and just kind relied on Smithers to fill in the blanks. Either way the implication is amazing.
