Much better review this time around. An interesting take on the analyst of the comedy, and the very dark humour of the episode. I wouldn't say this is a "simple premise" It once again takes a well deserved swipe at Disney (at the time, I think Disney can always use a well deserved swipe, no matter how much they give

That's it! Back to Winnipeg!

I don't really feel like getting into the how this episode is better than another episode, or how the different venturing into the future episodes vary in quality (this one is easily near or at the top); what I do want to say is this is an episode to enjoy on all levels. Visuals, sounds, jokes for adults and kids,

That's it, I gotta watch the series again.

I still give that speech to this day.

I personally was a little underwhelmed with this years Halloween episode, HOWEVER! I did just watch the 22nd Tree House of Horror and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it on the re-watch, seeing as I was initially unimpressed with it.

Sherman residents, Ethel speaking!

This episode was my very first expedience with Jay Sherman. I was too young to catch The Critic on it's original run and didn't see it  till I was 18, and I had my mind blown when learned it was the same character and that there was so many jokes built in the episode for fans of The Critic

100% agree with you Woz. The amount of effort put into these reviews are half of what these people do thinking up their favorite quotes.

Now I wish they were dead.

It`s so true. You go and watch Citizen Cane, or The Bicycle Thief, or Seven Samurai and you think well these are good, but what makes them great? Not knowing that these were the first of a very long line of movies. They were so different to what was being and so groin gabbingly transcendent that they have changed how

I'm beginning to really hate reading these reviews. I used to really enjoy spending half an hour every Sunday reading the review and viewing the clips of the episode, then posting my thoughts and hearing what others had to say as well (even if more than half is just quotes, I still enjoy it dammit!). I've been feeling

1. Krusty the Clown Prison Special2. The enchantment under the sea from back to the future3. The Simpsons Spinal Tap concert.

I agree; hand drawn animation is amazing, that's simply how it is. Computer animation looks nice because it's a very clean look, but it does lack the inherent movement that is allowed with hand drawn animation. Actually I don't think it's the computer animation that is the fault though. It's the 2 decades worth of

Well you screw you guys; I love this episode.

I hope for a show so transcendentally good we don't miss American Dad.

Your welcome. I was reading the The Simpsons Classic review today, and I felt that it was missing something, not sure what it was so I asked the group at large, didn't really get me anywhere.

Okay, so this is news to me; why is Fox dumping American Dad?

Your kind words disarm me sir. I feel as though I need to explain my objection to your statement, I didn't before because I had to watch American Dad still so…

That has to be the stupidest thing I've ever read. Please think about your statement before you call me something offensive.
