From the beginning, I thought Kim was going to be a tragic character, but I figured there was an outside shot I was wrong. I'm now convinced her end is going to be genuinely heartbreaking.
I'm guessing it was Glenn who Negan was hitting with the bat, but later next season we'll find out it was really some other minor character who died and fell on top of Glenn while Negan was hitting him and Glenn was really hiding under a dumpster the whole time.
