Whenever I've had it in a restaurant, it was delicious. Whenever I've shelled out and bought it to cook at home, it's like I baked a chicken breast for two hours, no matter what prep I use for it. And it's more expensive than the priciest organic free range chickens I can buy, and those are better across the board.

Duck is almost always in the freezer case. Unfortunately anymore it's usually pre-seasoned with some kind of rub or marinade and has that flavor packet with it.
