The one with Kelsey Grammar playing some one dimensional Geraldo Rivera-esque character? Hell yeah that movie sucked ass.

Anyone remember the movie "Mikey" starring that blonde moppet from Family Ties that wasn't Tina Yothers?
King Kong was hampered by Jackson determining that his film will only be considered "epic" if it ran for over three hours. If the first hour or so was edited down, it would have been a near perfect adventure film.
However, I think Del Toro has it in him to out do Jackson with his vision of Middle Earth. Del Toro has…
Aja delivered one of the better horror remakes of the decade with The Hills Have Eyes, however the twist at the end of Haute Tension was so derivative and tacked on it pretty much ruined what was shaping up to be a decent flick.
SFX guys always make for shitty directors…
… so this movie sucking should not surprise anyone.
The only exception to this rule would be Stan Winston's Pumpkinhead, which was really quite entertaining.
The Rock seemed to give up on his action career way too early. The Rundown was a great flick which should have found a broader audience…
Anti-completism…
I remember finding all three of the Robocop movies on sale for about ten dollars, but still paid twenty for the special edition of the original.
Fuck Robocop 3.
Grindhouse was great, it was the extended version of Death Proof that kinda sucked the big one. Extending out the weakest part of the original cut by twenty minutes may look good on paper, but it was a bit of a chore to actually watch.
And I say this as a big Tarantino fan…
I did a Campbell marathon some time in the early nineties. I felt pretty cheated by Maniac Cop 2…
I bought The Ladykillers knowing full well I'd probably never watch it again, but seeing that hole between Intolerable Cruelty and No Country was just to hard to ignore…
My ipod has a tendency to play Generals and Majors whenever I set it to random, and that is in no way a bad thing…
Catherine Keener is in this?
Undead had a couple of okay moments but was majorly flawed. It was a hell of a lot better, though, than that recent kiwi horror comedy Black Sheep. That was arse.
Ratner is probably the best of the "hack" directors…
Faint praise, but Ratner's films are generally more uninspiring than outright bad. Red Dragon was alright, as was the first two Rush Hour films.
I think he's more capable than, say, McG, Shawn Levy, Tim Story or any of their like…
It's fine not to like The Usual Suspects, but don't try and make an argument that it's an inferior film, because that si simply not true…
Hugh Grant usually winds up being the best part of his shitty, shitty movies. At least the guy makes no pretenses about being a real actor anymore, and is basically just taking easy paychecks to fund his retirement.
The Invention of Lying
Felt like they filmed the first or second draft of the script. If Gervais worked on that premise a little more, I think that instead of making a passable comedy, he may have made something approaching a classic.
Agree, agree, agree…. and agree. I think we're in agreement.
Bad Lieutenant resurrected my respect for Nic Cage, which I'm sure will wither and die again after the release of his next Bruckheimer produced turd…
Wow, I'm kind of amazed at the Watchmen hate. It was certainly flawed, no argument there, but I think Snyder actually did a pretty good job. I'll admit I haven't read the book, but as a purely cinematic experience I still came away from it thinking it handled the darker themes of the narrative quite skilfully, and…
