Too tired to really offer any critical thoughts on the album (In short: it's good. Certainly no Sit Down, Man or even Nehru Jackets, but it's good.) but the callback on "So NY" to "luv it mayne" had me smiling wider than any song has this year.

Doc and Jackson basically just pulled off an Archer "Vice"- let's hope they stick the landing better than Adam Reed and crew did.

A-Trak feat. Juicy J, Jim Jones, Flatbush Zombies, El-P and Flosstradamus- Piss Test (Remix)

The Offspring- "Why Don't You Get a Job?"
Pink Floyd- "Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts VI-IX)
Peter Murphy- "Time Has Got Nothing To Do With It"
Death Grips- "I've Seen Footage"

I seem to be in the outlier here, but I'm more of a 3, 2, 4, 1……………..5 guy myself.

I would be more inclined to agree with you if Season 5 hadn't been, well… Season 5. The promise of a Dewey Crowe centric-season (that turned out to not even feature Dewey all that heavily) was definitely an idea that sounded better in concept than execution.

Upvoted for Loaded.

Cannibal Ox- The F-Word
Sun Araw- Deep Cover
Metallica- Enter Sandman
Wait What- mo stars mo problems (The Notorious B.I.G. vs. The xx)
The Polyphonic Spree- Light & Day (Radio Edit from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind soundtrack)
Glass Candy- Redheads Feel More Pain
Girl Talk- In Step
Danny Brown & Black Milk- Black

If any of you who attended Fest swung by Bo Diddley Plaza on Saturday, odds are I was the dude checking you for wristbands and telling you and your posse looked great.

Liked for Butterfly- seeing Pinkerton played live in it's entirety is the second closest I've come to a religious musical experience (behind seeing OutKast of course).

All of the likes for Smith and Jones Forever.

David Bowie- "The Jean Genie"
Health- "We Are Water"
Fleetwood Mac- "Dreams"
Chet Faker- "Gold (Flume Re-Work)"
El-P- "Oh Hail No (ft. Mr. Muthafuckin Exquire and Danny Brown)"
Das Racist- "Return to Innocence"
Kaiser Chiefs- "The Angry Mob"

While I agree entirely with each and every point you made, I think you might be unfamiliar with Dr. Owen Maestro's modus operandi as it were.

Work until 12am Friday night, then off with my girlfriend and a homie to the college town I've newly transferred to in order to attend a BOWIE/BEYONCE themed party. I just got my paycheck, so I'm hoping I'll be able to rock a "Thin Slightly Paunchy White Duke" look myself.
