I'm reading Infinite Jest at the moment as well. I started it after I finished Cloud Atlas and before the next book was announced. I'm not yet half way though, and have decided just to put the AV Club book club on hold for now. I can't risk losing my place in Infinite Jest.

I enjoyed the book, but I'm just realising now that a lot of readers included themselves in the "we". That's not how I read it, until the final line of the book automatically included me, which I had to read a couple of times before I realised what Ferris was doing.
