That's how I felt as well.  The movie acts as if there is a twist at the end, but the twist was what was pretty obviously going on the entire movie (and as you said, the name of the movie wouldn't make any sense if the whole thing was not really part of the game).  So, I watched the whole movie thinking "yeah, okay,

No, the only funny part was when, during her nurse-roleplaying, she made her boyfriend fill out forms.  That was funny enough that I was grateful my wife hadn't let me turn it off earlier.

I agree completely.  It was bad enough that they made the characters on 2.5 men barely care that Charlie died, but then they had to retroactively mess with another show by bringing in Dharma and Greg and making them apparently hate each other.
