If they cut out all the gay stuff, there'll only be three episodes left.

A patron at the museum where I work was calling for her daughters, KC and Jojo. I barely kept a straight face until she left, at which point I kind of lost it.

I did mention elsewhere in my thoughts on the song (on my facebook anyway) that I was super impressed that it was an actual song. And I guess you could dance to it, but everybody's got their personal taste, and mine runs to upbeat. Also, too much Black Eyed Peas.

Quite good
but not the unstoppable dance jam I was expecting. Maybe it was too much build-up on T. Rob's part, or maybe I like a faster beat. Either way, really impressive and not a train-wreck at all. Def. preferable to Girl Talk in my opinion.

Interestingly enough, this week's episode of The Simpsons shares a title with an episode of Gossip Girl from last season. (Arguably one of the best. At least an Acting high for Ed Westwick.)

My heart pumps secrets and gin
I want to be CeCe so much. I already love gin. Another great line in this episode was when Nate said that they needed a sledgehammer to break up Serena and Trip. The rest of that plan remained unspoken but it was pretty clear that the hammer is Nate's penis.

Once
I believe it was someone in the comments here who said that whenever they saw "once" written down, he or she, having studied Spanish, pronounced it like 11 in Spanish. So now I do the same thing.

Was Nate's gayface addressed in-show? I remember Chace Crawford talking about it in an interview. Nate does kind of make me laugh these days. He gets some good toss-away lines.

Come on though
If Vanessa skipped that Morrissey concert just to help out Dan with his play, there must be some residual feelings on her part. MORRISSEY.

Actually I guess that would make me a big part of the overall problem where-in good movies don't get seen so they keep churning out rubbish that will draw in an audience no matter what. This has been a teachable moment.

Guilty as charged

Well, judging from the fact that John Cusack and the little girl in this picture look like they've been CGI'd right into the uncanny valley, I am going to go with Yes.

Wait, Guy Fieri is NOT Smash Mouth?

It holds up! We were watching it a couple of months ago and it was utterly funny and charming. It's one of my favorite Disney movies. (And as a sometime-feminist I have a lot of problems with Disney movies.)

sad face
I really did want to see this! I will probably still see it, and I will probably like it, anyways, because I love most of the cast and am happy to watch them do their thing, even if it is xerox-ing their previous characters (double true for Chris O'Dowd).

(and in that case, there is no excuse, Darkplace should have definitely been on this list.)

I had no idea! I don't have cable so I'm very out of the loop. Does that mean it might see an American DVD release?

w/r/t Peep Show and Darkplace: Maybe they weren't eligible because, to my knowledge, they never aired on American TV. Although Darkplace should be on the list anyways, because there's no excuse not to watch it. And Peep Show is on Hulu, which is practically American TV anyways.

And now I must see this movie
I kind of didn't know if I could stick with the hypno dance off all the way through, but it was deliciously worth it for the exchange at the end: "Where did you study?" "Oh, I just picked it up."
