I know a couple Texas residents who think Hitler did an alright job and deny the Holocaust was as bad as it was. This shit is real

Definitely, the song Fade is an absolute jam.

Y'all gave that Sufjan project a C+? Crazy talk, Mercury alone drags the thing to at least a B

Even though the writers were probably taking a shot at the NFL as a whole, to hear the Maras and Snyder singled out warms this little Cowboys fan's heart.

One of my favorite parts about this show is the facial expressions Ellie Kemper gives Kimmy, and this reading coupled with her face reminded me why that is.

I never thought I'd love a song called "Heartcore," but here we were. Seriously, go listen to that album.

Such a good choice. I'll throw in for the solo from "Love in a Trashcan," but you can't really go wrong with most of them.

No joke. He worked in Neighbors so well precisely because he had that glib, yet slightly unhinged personality style.

Agreed that its intentions are probably in the right place, but there's quite a bit of evidence that talks about how even just depicting the act of suicide could potentially cause an increase in a population's rate of attempted suicides, not to mention introducing a novel way of doing so. It is complicated, but it

Agreed, that ending was ridiculous, and not in a good way. My one gripe is the way the writers having been dancing around that relationship, making it feel like the most shoehorned, clumsy part of the show. The rest of it's fantastic, that ending bit though, not so much.

How has no one mentioned the Kevin Hart bit? For whatever reason, hearing about his son essentially preferring another comic to his face is one of the coldest and funniest bits in here.

Undoubtedly, some people were just born to do certain things. Dave Chappelle was born to be one of the funniest mother fuckers alive occasionally spouting insightful shit.

You made me very sad for about 2 seconds.

I have some quick catching up to do before the new episode tomorrow, so just a quick holy shit was this a great pilot and a just as excellent review. Happy be along for the ride; sad Aubrey Plaza's in a wall.

The whole Bob/Teddy subplot was hilarious, especially when they had them talking over one another with Teddy shitting on Bob's livelihood.

That beautiful last line.

All worth it for the Borat impersonation, just for how bad and outdated it is, and how well they made it work.

Zeke played the chummy bailiff role perfectly, but for whatever reason the biggest laugh for me was Teddy laughing and enjoying the Borat impersonator, it's just such a Teddy thing.

I stopped watching season 4 halfway through (which, holy shit, this is already season 5?) because busy, too many tv shows, other excuse, and it's just been eating away at me ever since. But man, that trailer and those wigs have given me a little motivation. Tusk indeed.

It gets shit on a lot for the writing (understandable) and the pacing (which I actually liked), but the Godzilla Edwards and his crew created is the gold standard for terrifyingly powerful monsters that are just awesome. 14-year-old me would have just loved that movie.
