I agree. King Horik doesn't appear very kingly at all. No one seems too concerned about him and instead of issuing orders to his Earls, he just gives advice, which they may or may not take or they ignore him like Borg did in their land dispute. He doesn't seem like a very powerful character at all, but I get the

Also, if Borg had so many warriors at his disposal, why didn't they try to rescue him? He was literally kidnapped from his own great hall and the response from his people was…nothing? Perhaps there will be some retaliation in a future episode.

So, now that Borg is dead, what happens to his lands, people, warriors and ships? Clearly, Borg had many men and ships (the whole reason for their unsteady alliance), so what happens to them now? Are they under Ragnar's control?

I love the band, but I also realize that they are world-class musicians, average to below-average singers(with Page being the best) and poor lyricists. They need to stick to the silly, nonsense lyrics. Their worst songs are the ones where they try to write a "serious" song, they just turn out laughable. Their best

Update: We've just finished cribbing notes from Mickey Rooney's Wikipedia page.

Why would Borg align himself with Ragnar and Horik again? Last time he did that, they left him out of the raid. Since Borg has men and ships, he should just raid England himself.
Also, Is Lagertha the new Jarl of her group? Why? Wouldn't the guy that actually killed Lagertha's husband be the new Jarl? Siggy didn't

Bob Pollard… no wait, he has the opposite problem. You take a year off from this guy and you'll miss three albums.

OK, wow. The AV club is overwhelmingly pro-herion. Noted.

Clearly. Heroin isn't something you mess around with or just, you know, want to try. It isn't a "fun" drug. At all.

Good finish to a great season, but the endorsement of casual heroin use was really jarring. Not cool.

Why didn't Glenn and Tara just cover themselves in zombie guts and walk through the horde of walkers untouched. Did they(or the writers) forget how well this tactic worked in the first season?

I bet Aslaug put a knife in the baby's eye to fulfill her own prophecy. It seems like something she would do.

For shame AV Club for letting this review out the door! This episode was at least a B+, and one of the most memorable in years. For shame!

Who hasn't been played? I want to like Ilana, but she comes off as hard and cruel sometimes. Lincoln deserves better. Maybe Garol is single?

I feel bad for Lincoln. His puppy-love for Ilana is being taken advantage of by her. He pays for the rental and he stays behind when it gets a flat, missing the wedding. And that dude loves weddings. He crushes it at weddings! Ilana kinda comes off as a d-i-c-k in this episode.

Best part…Ilana ready to plunge elbow deep to get Abbi's doodie until she realizes at the last second she can use masking tape and a shower cap. True friendship.

Bats aren't bugs!

This was the weakest episode so far, a C+ at best. The overall tone was remarkably different from the first episodes, which were cheeky and fun. This episode just seemed dark and depressing. Plus no Hannibal Buress.

The baby is def alive. Its not like a zombie could have eaten the whole thing, bones and all in a few minutes. More likely a bleeding person picked up the baby and ran. And I was pretty sure Beth was going to die, she's been pretty useless in the story.

Finally!  Now, when is the new War on Drugs album coming out?
