Badmotorfinger songs written or co-written by Cornell = 7 out of 12 (58%).

They are currently at work on a new album as we speak.

Their last three albums all hold up amazingly well. Better than almost anything from early 90s Seattle (with the exception of Screaming Trees, which somehow sound pretty timeless to my ears).

Now hold on just a second there, buddy!

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Hungry Hungry Hippo
So, I felt compelled to check to make sure this actually wasn't happening (because, you know, everything that evokes even the smallest bit of nostalgia will eventually be made into a movie). The top result of my search on IMDB?

I loved Avatar. If you enjoy having fun at the movies, I can't see how you wouldn't enjoy Avatar. Sure, the story is somewhat derivative, but what stories aren't anymore? It's fun as fuck and I was completely immersed in the experience.

As someone with a degree in Biology, I have no fucking clue what the physiological or evolutionary purpose of the hymen is.

So, was just plain 'Lobsters' already taken? Or are the the pater familias of a whole gaggle of crusty crustaceans?

I don't know why I completely left books off my list.

Malfunctioning Eddie - I thought Ryan Reynolds was perfect as Deadpool, I just thought what they did with his character was completely retarded. I'm looking forward to the Deadpool movie, myself.

I'm going to do Josh's 'one from each category' thing
TV - borrowed a friend's Season I Lost DVDs right after Season II had just come out on DVD. It was the first time I'd seen anything or heard anything about the show. My wife and I proceeded to watch the first two seasons in two weeks. The opening 15 minutes of

Is 'meat hammer' a euphemism for your penis?

Lovecraft in Brooklyn - I had forgotten about the alcoholism angle. I really loved the first one, and a big part of that love was just how fun it was. I think it will be interesting to see them add that depth to the character, but I hope it doesn't change to tone of the film too much.

I like soft and spongy. And I dig redheads (real or fake).

I think it's a crappy name for a band, and I personally think that band names say a lot about the band. It's the most important lyric you're ever going to write. If the best you can do is steal the name of a movie you kind of liked parts of, that doesn't bode well for your ability to say something meaningful with

Andre the Midget & Lone Audience - we've burrowed down to a problem whose solution requires a complete revolution in the way our society works. Something I'm absolutely in favor of, but seems borderline impossible.

I'm gonna shower you with golden ratios.

1. I'm totally seeing this mess.

I enjoyed the new Kong. I thought it was a little slow to get going, but once it did, it was entertaining as hell.
