It was…kind of a dull episode, actually? Like, would Terry be the kind of guy to hide the fact that he's having another kid? Besides that, this episode suffered from having everyone too far removed from one another. And, also, ohh. Pots. Not Pot.

I really, really like Aubrey Plaza, but…this might be pretty painful. It's like any time she tries to go too far beyond a monotone delivery she's battling against her natural speaking style and loses. Good luck to her, though.

I have a profoundly selfish reason for wanting Robert Rodriguez to succeed. It's not because I care about his personal creative fulfillment or even have any particular attachment to his films. Instead, he's one of the few Mexican-American directors out there currently working to get more Latino voices into the

Everything leading up to Project T.A.H.I.T.I. was so fucking stupid. It's sort of cool that it turned out to be such a dark, twisted secret, but I hated that whole "It's a magical place" schtick they clung to so hard in the first season.

I will say this, even as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has improved in all departments that matter in its second season, Agent Carter had more dynamic, fun and seamlessly choreographed action sequences than AoS could ever hope to accomplish. It's a bummer.

I'm the same way. I'm drawn to runs that feel like they take place in the same world, and consistency in art is a major part of that. It's why I'm so drawn to comics partnerships like Brubaker and Phillips'.

If the ads I've seen on Archer's Facebook page are anything to go by: Now With Even More!! Gratuitous Butt Nudity.

I'm not going to lie, I got chills: that transition from her singing in front of the camera crew to the scene of the crowds rushing the hydroelectric dam, while also singing, was such a striking, tense moment in an otherwise slow movie.

THANK YOU

Goddamn. This is perfect.

Which I can maybe understand since the lyrics were from the books. The composition was totally original, though, wasn't it?

Those bastards made me tear up with that video showing behind the scenes footage of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Great, great performance, too.

Frankly, after Halo 4's campaign, I have more faith that they can pull off turning Chief into a real live human than I ever did with Bungie. 343i seems to be bringing in more of the lore from the books than Bungie ever seemed to want to, and I'm excited for that. Maybe one day we may actually get Blue Team rallying

So the odds are absolutely terrible that we'll ever get more of this show on our screens, but let's say we did get a season two. What would you want to see? (Besides a kiss.)

I'm still in denial that such a charming show is cancelled. Sigh. ABC is my Corynn McWatters, and boy do I have some words for them.

Easily my favorite Doctor Who episode all season. Seeing Capaldi so genuinely happy at driving Santa's sleigh made me deliriously happy. I missed that aspect of the Doctor — the sense of wonder! And just damn, this was so good. It gave us closure on Danny Pink (who I finally came around to liking in this episode), and

"No seriously what does Gary Oldman actually look like."

I have a hard time lumping in Hulu, Netflix and Prime in the same subcategory. They're all streaming services, sure, but unlike Netflix, you have the convenience of next day air to shows from all the major networks. Like I said above, I'm probably just part of the problem.

It did pay for itself when I didn't own a DVR and could watch my shows the day afterward in HD if I missed them live. Now I just sort of like having it around. I'm part of the problem.

I love that goddamn insane music video.
