Seriously. Where has she been hiding all this time?

I'll admit it: Laurel's take-down in Spanish made me swoon a bit. (A lot.) I want more telenovela actresses making the transition to English TV. It sounded so good.
all white female leads
will kick misogynist ass
but will not wear shoes
My experience with Dogmeat:
Firefight. Dogmeat wanders into it. Gets shot a hundred times. Does. Not. Die.
Good boy, Dogmeat!
I'm still unconvinced that it isn't a different Krieger every episode.
This episode was so frustrating. I didn't care about anything that happened except Connor and Michaela almost turning themselves into the police. That was some nice scheming and tension-building. I think having the team deal with the repercussions would have been a really brave place for the show to go.
I'm 100% cool with it like I was with "Jenny Olsen." I'm just kind of…why would Jimmy Olsen be an "alpha male, salt-of-the-earth" type, as he was described in some leaked casting call descriptions? Jimmy Olsen is a dork!
I think someone mentioned an "Earth 2" deal. Like you said, if alternate dimensions can work with anyone, it'd be the Flash. Which is cool since you can add in Superman without worrying too hard.
I articulated on an earlier article on why I feel they could easily slot this into the same universe in a new location. There are so many ways you could go fresh without retreading. It's a shame they might just go the easy route of doing a 1:1 translation.
*arrow from off-screen flies into his chest*
I'm excited! I do still wish it took place in the same universe as the original.
I feel so out of step. I love the feel of Ms. Marvel. I love Squirrel Girl. I want more all-ages books and female-led books. I just…didn't like anything about this Squirrel Girl book. Not the art. Not the writing (which was fine but how many times are we going to do the Spider-man theme joke?) But I know that I'm not…
Dig's fight with Brick made me giddy because it was just straight bruiser versus bruiser. None of that fancy kung fu stuff.
I love you for remembering that obscure and well-forgotten bit of DC history. Batgirl had a fun run, didn't she?
My only note beyond what a great showcase this episode was for the cast (even Laurel shone bright tonight) was…the action cinematography was out of this world, even more so than usual. During the Hong Kong shoot-out when Oliver made a break for it and the glass walls shattered one by one? Wow. Or Roy running through…
Emver Gjokaj is great and all, but I don't trust or like Sousa. If this is the man that Peggy eventually meets and marries, then I say right here and now: she can do better.
The weird thing is that I know the writing isn't always up to par on this show, but I'm entertained - and even, dare I say it, thrilled - anyway. This was likely the best episode they've done, and I hope they're renewed because, with some breathing room, this could be the best folk horror show on TV. (And don't you…
Coach's trance-like line dancing was my only real laugh of the night (mostly, I was annoyed at Jess's characteristic but frustrating lack of a spine), but I laughed for a good minute straight.
Pretty much. I keep waiting for even of their interactions to match Nick and Jess on their worst day, but even now that they've whipped out the L-word it's still a big blah. I'm assuming that's why they're keeping Nick off in his own little world.
You're definitely right. I knew there was a reason, but I was too bored by the A-story to think too hard about it. (I hope this is a one-off. I adore Brooklyn Nine-Nine and do not ever want to be bored with a plot ever again.)
