I'll admit that I haven't seen the episode yet (no DirecTV), but I don't really mind spoilers, so I decided to read about it anyway. And here's my hope for the finale:

The Martian Chronicles defined a pretty big chunk of my childhood. What a loss =(

The problem with your theory is that it makes perfect sense, and might actually be somewhat satisfying. Veena Sud couldn't let that happen.

I hope the World Psychiatric Association condemns this episode/entire show.
I couldn't find a single purpose to the psychiatrist's needling except to make Linden feel as bad as possible about her life.
And I got the distinct feeling that her assertion that the two cases Linden freaked out about had to be related in her

I'm thinking it kind of likely that the shadowy figure who hits Linden at the end is actually the teenage maid, who thought she was someone else, and just wants to help or something.
Given that this show never ever gives realistic consequences to violence.

Maybe it's time to stop reading the reviews of this show on here.

Linden's kid has the most spectacular combination of terrible acting and terrible writing I've ever seen on a TV show. Suprised he's not mentioned more on here.

So can we get a "We Need To Talk About Kevin" tie-in with the baby?

Looking at the number of comments, I'm disappointed that so many people had the impulse to get on here immediately to be told how they should feel about the premiere.

I watched season 3 when it was first on, and I don't remember too much of it, but I do remember thinking that the final episode ended the series perfectly. And while season 3 was clumsy and weird, it put everything in place for that perfect finale to happen. Sometimes I wish it could have been renewed for a 4th

A beet artist.

UPDATE: I read through the list of performers and I no longer plan to watch this year.

It's possible to believe that the awards are bullshit and not worth taking seriously, while simultaneously enjoying the broadcast. That's what I plan to do. The Best Alternative Album category is halfway decent, anyway.

"Serpents" is a really excellent song, and I can't wait to hear the rest of this. I liked her previous stuff, but I think this will definitely be a step up.
