It was a minor thing that I loved, but I loved how at the very start, the guys entered the room upon hearing Dee say "Hey assholes, get in here!". The guys now indeed answer to the word "asshole".

I couldn't get into season 1, but season 2 has me hooked from the start. Season 1 was just "first episode, creepy house, figure it out!". Asylum is "first episode, scary serial killer in the present, a lot of crazy people in the past, how does this tie to the present?", a much stronger sense of a goal in mind to drive
