Yeah I believe that's who it was. However, as you can probably surmise, learning details and displaying cultural sensitivity were not this guy's strong suits.

FF XII was the last Final Fantasy game I really enjoyed a great deal. After ten, which I liked but didn't love, I sort of fell off the J-RPG train for a number of years, but received XII as a gift one year and ended up loving it.
