I quite liked it too.

Truman State? So the whole time they were filming you for a TV show, without your knowledge?

Excellent point.

Also people knew a lot less about police procedure in those days, back before CSI, Dateline, and thousands of other shows.

Reading your post, I'm picturing that episode of Seinfeld where Kramer does his terrible "Peterman Reality Tour."

Wasn't that 19th Century?

I loved that episode (and Timeless in general)! Some of the characters are trapped in Holmes' murder hotel and are rescued…by Harry Houdini!

Someone else has likely already posted about this, but I've heard that Scorsese is working on an H.H. Holmes film, supposedly (and unsurprisingly) to star Leonardo DiCaprio.

Kidnap her and raise her as your own? I'm afraid the robot beat you to it!

"Pantsless" is implied.

What about Mexican robots like Bender B. Rodriguez?

They could get The Meatmen for the soundtrack! (They were an actual '80s American Hardcore band).

I've always thought that King of the Hill is the animated show that Bob's Burgers has the most in common with. Both have the same well-realized characters and world, and both have more heart than the other animated shows of recent years.

I loved the New Zealand kid. He made the episode for me with his silly voice and absurd New Zealand words (whether they're real or not). Who could not love "butt-rubbles?"

They should do a crossover between that movie and this one: Juwanna Slamma Jammaman!

Hey! Watch it with the spoilers!

My mother saw Chevy Chase on the street once. She totally geeked out (she loved the classic SNL stars like Chase, Bill Murray, etc) and said, "You're Chevy Chase!" To which he replied, "and you're not!" She was so thrilled.

Didn't Lewis mention it at one point also? Perhaps as a reason their vehicles broke down on their road trip? Been awhile since I saw the episode, so I may be misremembering…

It's definitely an oversimplification, but I get what it's going for. Think of the "divestment" movement, where liberal groups refuse to do business with Israel.

There's a saying that goes Democrats love Jews but hate Israel, and with Republicans it's the other way around.
