I will never understand why the AV Club commentariat hates Family Guy but loves American Dad. I don't see much difference between either show (and I hate them both).

I second the call for Leon's return! I really hope he turns up in one of this season's episodes. It's been way too long (although I did enjoy seeing the actor in The Force Awakens).

I second the complaint about CBS. First they air it twice a week, now they're doing three episodes next week? Boy, they just can't wait to get one of their best shows off the airwaves as soon as possible! Heck, now that The Good Wife is done, Person of Interest is the undisputed best show on the network. Why are they

I dunno…I was a doubter for a long time, but I think I've come around on this show. The thing that I love most is the visuals. The show is simply gorgeous to look at! That and its grim-but-campy tone has me thinking that this show might actually be god…..kinda good.

Well, I've never watched an entire episode of any of them, but from the bits of Big Bang Theory that I accidentally catch due to its hundreds of syndicated rerun slots each week,, it looks to me like the worse show. YMMV, I guess.

I didn't know that was what ASI stood for. I was imaging that maybe the S stood for "sentience."

I don't know if I'd call it the best show on tv right now (I'm pretty in love with iZombie lately), but it did have a very strong second season. The way they balanced the heavy emotional stuff with the wacky comedy really impressed me. I'm very glad it got renewed.

Maybe his family died from the virus.

Also, he may've seen Mike get sick, which would confirm to him that hazmat suits are the way to go.

There are at least three other CBS sitcoms that are worse than 2 Broke Girls. Don't get me wrong—it's a terrible show, but stuff like 2 and 1/2 Men and The Big Bang Theory are worse.

Season 1 was ok, but it was tempered by Phil's asshole behavior. Season 2 has been great. This finale was really impressive, especially with how it balanced real emotional material with humor.

The discovery of the smallpox virus was kinda fucked up, though: they tested that shit on healthy children! Different times, I guess, but still…

They got some good gags out of it, like when Phil was arguing with himself about letting Todd impregnate Carol.

Me too! I didn't make the Clara Clayton connection, but I did get a big kick out of their using the theme music while Phil drove the DeLorean to Tuscon.

I didn't mind the stutters either. You get those in real call-in shows, like when a politician calls into Meet The Press, and there's a slight delay, so there's little bits of cross-talk. It felt real.

Me too. I've never understood people who say they don't listen to Glenn's music because they've heard he's a dick. Who cares? You're not auditioning a best friend. Plenty of great artists were absolute pricks. It's not like he's a Bill Cosby or Roman Polanski-level asshole — and even then, I still like Rosemary's Baby!

It's not. He's a big time Christian. Before reuniting as the Misfits, Jerry and Doyle had a Christian metal band called Kryst The Conqueror (I swear I'm not kidding).

That live version where they trash Steele always amused me, because I've met Bobby Steele a number of times, and he was so nice! He used to hang out at NYC punk shows in the 1990s, and he was a very amiable guy. The other guys, on the other hand—Glenn, Jerry, and Doyle—are pretty universally thought to be complete

Nah, the big question is: who will be playing drums. I'm hoping or Robo (Googy would be nice, but I hear he doesn't play any more).

Well….Les Paul would be the ultimate shining example.
