.Who said the telepaths didn't notice? Did you expect Xavier or Jean
Grey- or even post villainous Emma Frost- to forcibly out him?

To be fair, this actually happened in the comics.

OMG! THEY KILLED HANS! THE BASTARDS!

I ship Rip with his ship.

Good episode. But wasn't David Hyde Pierce's character supposed to be Kresteva's boss now?

One thing I love about his win- and also Mark Rylance's- is that the Academy 99% in this category either awards BIG performances- villains or scene-stealing comedy roles usually, with the occasional transformative role here and there- or uses it to award stars they see as overdue.

Miles Teller's was really the stuff of genius. For the first time ever, well done, Twitter!

Oh yes, The Help shows the cold hard truth- if you were a black woman in the South back in the day, the best thing you can do is rely on white people to help you…

Yeah, imagine if this happened to Kevin O'Connell, that finally won tonight after losing 20 times.

I actually think she should have won for Doubt 8 years ago, but after The Help (which is a horrible movie), she became one of those people you go to internet jail if you something remotely bad about her, which is insane.

Trump is going to have a party with this, LOL! Specially considering Warren Beatty was the presenter.

""I became an artist, and thank God I did, because we are the only profession that celebrates what it means to live a life."
That's gotta be the most ridiculously pretentious and self-important quote of all time. If someone like say, George Clooney or Mel Gibson said that, they would have been ripped apart to shreds

The same thing happened to 20th Century Women.

"People love to shit on ANNIE HALL (especially STAR WARS fans),"

The Grand Budapest Hotel was the leader in nominations, IIRC, and was seen a serious contender for the main awards. There was zero chance of it missing a Best Picture nom.

Actually, no. The King's Speech won Best Picture, Best Director and Best Screenplay. No way Colin Firth, the one thing in the movie that's actually awards worthy and had support even from people that disliked the film, would lose.

The Help probably would have been nominated with only 5. It won 3 SAG awards, including Best Cast.

Basically, their whole argument boils down to "WE SHOULD RETURN TO FIVE BECAUSE WE CRITICS WANT TO WORK LESS!". Pathetic.

A much better episode than the first one. Good stuff from Adam Scott.

All those other countries "Oscars" specifically design and present themselves as awards for these countries alone, while the Oscars try, or at least say they try, to give awards to the best movies, period, regardless of where they come from.
