Erin wrapping the hair around her head because in the group home "hair was her room" was just the right level of insanity and pathetic sadness. Cap that with Michael's "I'll have what she's having" for one of my new favorite Office scenes.

Maybe the finale will finally be a Lapidus flashback episode where we find out he's Jacob's father, and the island was his plane all along!
