Yes, for sure. If you watch this and recall his conversation with Tamara Tunie (and his follow-up of re-engaging Danny), it's pretty clear that he's searching for the guy because of how devastated Tunie still is.

3. Wrench is on the bus and he has reason to hate Malvo/wolves.
