I don't get the Kim Darby hate. I mean, she's annoying as fuck, but it fits the comic tone of the original and she does snoot like nobody's business. Steinfeld's great and all, but Darby is the girlified personification of a Katherine Hepburn righteous spinster, which is exactly what the role needs for that version.

The Stunt Man's reach exceeds its grasp by a pretty substantial margin, and Steve Railsback is a terrible actor. Rush's quasi-making-of documentary is far more interesting than the feature itself.
