OMG!  I know them and stuff.  Now I feel bad about calling the cops when they said they were filming a video with kids.

Logjammin?

Clambake is in fact an awesome movie.  My 2nd favorite Elvis movie after Jailhouse Rock.

Yeah Seinfeld isn't very funny.  What!?!?!  What do you find funny?  Meg Ryan rom-coms?

Peter Criss' solo album is a favorite of mine.   I always liked Peter's raspy vocals in Kiss and the r&b style tunes suited him.  The single "You Matter to Me" is a great track and maybe the best thing to come from those solo albums (I think it's better than "New York Groove")

I hated this song when it came out.  Really hated it.  The whole album I hated actually.  I don't know why I was so angry about it but I was.  I guess I spent a good part of the years before talking about how cool and great Talking Heads were and this album/single to me just made them sound like Graceland-era Paul

Have you ever heard the real Phil Spector talk or know anything about Phil Spector?   Well I'm quite sure Al Pacino never did and doesn't know anything about him.

There are things about Phil that the movie didn't even touch and it's too bad that a movie called "Phil Spector" was barely about the person Phil Spector.

This movie was AWFUL!  It was a big talky procedural that had no real facts or drama.  In fact you could have easily fit this in about 30 minutes.  But it was drawn out like a 7th grade slacker's book report.  Pacino didn't get anything about Spector right.

Redford would make a great Batroc the Leaper.

Did you guys already write about the fact that the new Netlifx series is going to be all trippy where you can watch an episode but during that episode you can click another character in the background and immediately jump to their perspective?  It sounds insane!  I can't wait.

I love this movie!  When Keanu and River make it back in time to their high school for their big presentation and all those characters they met traveling through time appear to help them… movie magic baby!

I think they are both equally punchable.  Strike that!  Jimmy is more punchable.

So it's sort of like Hate Songs except the complete opposite then.

Yeah but it's in City Hall Plaza right?  That's hardly a place anybody wants to spend all day hanging out in.  Why not the Esplanade or something like that?  Or even Suffolk Downs.

If you like festivals but are terrified by all the dirty scary drunk people, check out Wilco's Solid Sound Festival.  It has all the danger and drama of a live NPR pledge drive.  They even sell tote bags.  Between bands you can play a Where's Waldo type game where you can try to spot the non-white person.  It's hours

I never will understand SXSW.  It's just a bunch of noise and way too much at that.  It's cool everybody can have a good time pissing away money to be at the hip place to be.  But what's the point?  Oh hey… Third Eye Blind might be recording a new album.  C'mon.  That's what this thing is for?

How does he do the song without a microphone where anybody could hear him?

Art can matter to somebody.  But generally speaking the artists themselves don't matter at all.  And any meaning that is derived from the art is done so by the people consuming the art… not the artist making it.

Yes?  Oh you weren't calling me.  Nevermind.
