Yikes, is that the end of that recent romance with the girl from Game of Thrones?

That's definitely not true of OiTNB. Women, primarily women of color, being abused by the system is a major theme if not THE major theme of the show. Police brutality is literally a major thrust of every season if not every episode.

Mitch Hurwitz is a master at making white people being uncomfortable about race funny.

But this time, without any sense of irony!

It's in the trailer, so I think it's fair game for a review.

I thought these would be worse, honestly. There are tons of great songs that have a few clunky or confusing lyrics in there.

I really thought they'd win in a landslide. Never underestimate the Emmy's dedication to irrelevance.

And why doesn't MTV play music videos anymore, am I right guys?

They've been fucking up all the theme songs. At least there's one surprising thing about the show.

Yup! And even the "best" vampire on the show, Jessica, did in fact go to a man's home and eat four of his children.

Of course all the vampires kill humans left and right and make a point of pride of having no regard for human life — but it's completely evil to see vampires as an enemy or a threat, they're just an oppressed minority.

Or just wait until the amped-up Hep V killed him. That was the whole point, right? That he was already dying? But it's one final opportunity to traumatize Sookie I guess.

Also she really fucked up Sarah Newlin's hair. That was not her blonde, come on.

Man, the show really went out of its way to grind dirt in Sarah Newlin's face. I wound up feeling bad for her, which is a weird way to leave things. Also Tara, who died and no one cared at all, and Jessica, who is now married to a man who has no memory of their relationship and why things did not work out the first

I'm pretty sure they also got together immediately after three of her friends died, so maybe their love connection is antisocial personality disorder.

It's clearly all they set out to do in the final season, which is such a profoundly shitty instinct.

Still the only thing this season did right.

I can't believe they wrote off central characters like Sam and Tara to make time for the apparently central cast of Arlene, Hoyt and Bridget. Not that Sam or Tara were particularly engaging characters, but this show just could not give less of a shit about giving fans a satisfying end to the series.

FUCK IT I'M SO HAPPY

God, I'm so glad it's not Paul. The one Mark we know is not my favorite character, but at least he seems like a solid actor.
