Season 4 was good, with Jack faking his death, Shohreh Aghdashloo, and poor Behrooz, who I kept expecting to pop up somewhere in later seasons.

People would be all like: Why do you have a photo of President Garfield on your mantle? And I'd be like: Because I like lasagna, of course.

Agreed. I liked Garfield and thought the first Amazing Spider-Man movie was good - behind only Spider-Man 2. The second one was a mess, but it wasn't his fault. Given that the director's prior film had been a relationship drama/comedy, I'm not surprised that the character moments were handled skilfully.

I thought it was good for the first 2/3s. I thought the message was fine and there was an impending sense of dread that was just unsettling. But the ending was a let down. It was like they couldn't figure out how to end it so they just had her give a lunatic wedding speech.

The Ark and Holy Grail aren't magic. I can't remember what the exact details were on the stones, but I think they had some divine connection, as well. Interdimensional aliens aren't the same thing. That's not to say it couldn't have worked if the rest of the movie hadn't also been terrible.

Some of those underwater shots reminded me of Under the Skin. Under the Skin was great. Maybe this will be too?

Or the opposite. If memory serves me correctly, all three polled well against Clinton and much better than Trump (and that was like 5-10 scandals ago). I think Trump is the only one she could actually beat.

That was cool CGI, but holy cow was there a lot of bad CGI. So many fake backgrounds. Was the airport fight filmed completely with a green screen? It sure looked like it.

It should've said, "You let him go in the sun?!"

Am I the only one wondering what happened to Schmidt's mom's personality? I remember her being blunt, but not over-the-top obnoxiously, grating, and undermining, much less spoiling Schmidt. Holy crap, she was annoying - in an otherwise funny episode. Never seen Brooklyn Nine-Nine so had no clue about the crossover

Bachelor's at 22 and a PhD takes 4-7 years, depending. Tenure vote in her 6th year on the job. She's right on track.

The first part of your post, I'd agree with. However, I'm not seeing a lot of that kind of consistency from either side. I wasn't trying to get into whether or not it's relevant, though; just comparing the responses.

I think it's hypocrisy on both sides. Bill Clinton's actions (confirmed and accused) are in the same vein as Trump's - using power to satisfy their sexual appetites with women very much lacking in that power. If that was, "beside the point" with Clinton, then getting riled up now with Trump is a bit inconsistent. And

Yeah, I know she gets a lot praise for her work, but I've just never found it to be remotely impressive. Still, she's at least making more interesting career choices than fellow Dawson's Creek alum Katie Holmes.

Also, she's a much better actress. Amy Adams should really get all the roles.

This was a well-written review.

I'm a big fan of Cap'n Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters

They look like big, good, strong hands, don't they?

Disagree, but you made me chuckle.

Man, I can't say I agree, although maybe Tony was more consistent. Tony made a bunch of passable mostly empty entertainment, along with some horrid movies. I don't see anything that is really great (Crimson Tide is probably closest). Ridley made his share of stinkers too, but nothing on Tony's resume can touch Alien,
