I have nine ticket vouchers and nine discounts. I can't even remember the last time I bought a concert ticket. Sorry.

I remember seeing a kid in the spelling bee who had to spell the letter H. I was really disappointed that the answer wasn't simply "H." Honestly, I still think it should be.

They really are all the same movie. Still, I think they're all pretty great. I guess that's kind of a feat in and of itself.

The end too. I just didn't much care for the middle.

Donte Stallworth had a similar situation occur. He only received a 30 day sentence partially because it seems he would've hit the guy whether drunk or sober. He didn't flee the scene or have a prior DUI, though.

It reminds me of what happened with Donte Stallworth. He was driving drunk when he killed a pedestrian. However, the pedestrian essentially ran in front of his car. He evidently had a decent chance of being acquitted, as it appeared that he likely would've hit the pedestrian whether he was drunk or not. In the end he

His account name would be pronounced Spit Guy 33. As I learned in my 7th grade note-taking class, in shorthand you omit the vowels, not the consonants.

Wow. Really? That sounds crazy. The show itself sure hasn't conveyed that (I'm only through this episode, though). And it's far better for it, in my opinion.

I liked that both friends told Noah and Alison that they were basically idiots deluding themselves in their perceptions of the affair. It was a nice counterpoint to what seems more common, which is the always supportive, whatever you want is great, friend.

I don't know anything about wine, but perhaps the people making the show are simply out of touch and think that's cheap. It's like how even supposed middle-class characters on TV live in unrealistically expensive homes/apartments. They seem quaint to the millionaires running things behind the scenes.

Villeneuve really does make interesting movies. I also really liked Incendies.

Huh. I watched it, but don't remember anything about. I enjoyed the character in the recent Avengers movie, though so maybe I should try again.

Wait, is Thor considered good?

Agreed. I'm disappointed to hear that this is more Avengers than America. I very much prefer the Captain America movies to the Avengers ones. Glad to hear it's good, though. And given that there's still not a (new) Hulk movie, America is still the movie to see, in my opinion.

I'm with you. I just found him to be annoying.

It's not worth seeing.

Oh how I hate non-Criterion blu-ray packaging - thin, flimsy, packages with blue everywhere. Ugh.

It's the new version of WGN, which is worse because it means they can't show Cubs game nationally anymore. I like this show, but I'd rather have my Cubs games back.

Kind of, but the pacing is the exact opposite of Rectify. I can't believe how much has happened on this show in only 7 episodes (and how many characters have already died). It's my main frustration with the show, actually. I feel like a lot of the major plot developments would've had a bigger impact if they'd taken a

Oh, that kid. Man, that scene in The Impossible where his brothers are running after him and calling his name just killed me. It was a surprisingly good movie.
