That was a decent little device to add depth to a handheld game, though.  It did actually feel like a big, sprawling world.

He was just wearing it in the demo trailer.  It's a helmet and there's Jesustillion different ones.

This has to be where the backlash comes from.  If you're running it on beastly hardware, it looks almost flawless.  It's so beautiful to just look at and get lost in.  But for the "I only have a 360, duuuuuuh" crowd, it might not have that same immersive effect.

First there was Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion that had a completely new, proprietary engine.  They based Fallout 3 on that same engine.  Obsidian also used it for New Vegas.  Now it's back in Bethesda's hands and they only tweaked it a little for Skyrim.  Still looks gorgeous though.

Thank you ZMF, this is exactly how this needed to be put.  Fucking @avclub-eb51727cd6e697842c08dd7b4112c71e:disqus up there with his Skyrim backlash, why I oughta…

That's what this article is, make no mistake.  Dawes hates Twilight, I guarantee it.

This is the worst aspect to me as well.  The books are genuinely terrible, as objectively as these things can be measured.  If individual chapters were submitted in a High School English class as essays, they'd get a C- at best.  It's scary how much Twi-hards are willing to slog through bad fanfiction for the kind of

Mostly because it'll encourage its youngest fanbase to only seek out pandering, intellectually bankrupt trash in the future.

It's the kind of sweeping generalization the person saying it couldn't possibly know.  Just like "I know you got fucked over by a corrupt cop, but most cops are nice, reasonable people".  You're just imposing your ideal over reality with dubious, improvable claims.

I thought it couldn't possibly be anything else, but then they didn't acknowledge it.

Guuuuugh… This is why O'Neal needs to stop posting anything related to OWS.  It reminds me that everyone who posts here is an out-of-touch, rich douchebag who doesn't get what's going on over there at all.

Because they WERE really interesting and beautifully shot.

Guuuuuuuugh… You're some Young Republican at Brown, aren't you?  You said you were too young to remember anything before MTV2, which is what I based my guess on.

Well, see, they're non-violent and out of options so yea, they're still "fighting" for their beliefs.

Not Gattaca?

I remebered you saying this.  Oblivion is now $5 for GOTY.

This show would be AWESOME if more people were just like "Hey!  Let's shoot some goddamn dinosaurs!" and there was a whole episode where they make an entire species extinct.  Just for the hell of it.  And Taylor would get 3 "hoo-yeah!" and everyone else would be saying shit like "I've got the atom scrambler locked on

Can't Spielberg finally step in and do something about all this?  Yea yea, everyone hates Indy 4 and blah blah blah, but he's never allowed anything under his banner to be this bad before.  I still support the show, God help me, because I think it still has potential in its awesome setting.  But goddamn it Steven

No way!  Lynch's?  You're not alone.  It's incredibly underrated.   It really pisses me off that he's disowned it and won't push for the full 5 hours he shot to be released as his definitive cut on blu ray.

Sean O'Neal Vs. The World.
