I'm aware of that. That isn't what the manifesto guy was talking about. It was thinly veiled sexism that got him fired, along with thinking that sending a manifesto to all his coworkers was a good idea in ANY workplace.

The man seems genuinely passionate about horror and the films he makes. I think his movies are garbage and are part of a subset that has done harm to the horror genre at large, however. I also think he comes across like a douche.
