I watched season 2 of Mozart in the Jungle in one day and all of Making a Murderer in one day. Both are great with the latter being the most essential. Mozart fixed some of the flaws it had in season one and had a beautiful couple of episodes directed by Roman Coppola set in Mexico. Making a Murderer may be the best

It's too bad that it's only a voice cameo but we'll take what we can get

Out of the three David Simon shows I watched it was by far the weakest and it will not make my top 50 shows of the year. Oscar Isaac gave a great performance (especially in the last episode) but too often the show failed to make the conflicts interesting. It wasn't bad but in this era of TV that isn't good enough.

We think Monreal not starting was a one time thing because of the fixture pileup right?

Exclude this response from your tabulation, it is abnormal

By the way there's a thread below that mentions "Santa Reese" that you may be interested in.

But does Finn like butt stuff?

I gave it 4.5 stars after my first time but downgraded it to 4 stars after I saw it a second time. I had a lot less fun during my rewatch which made me think a lot of the enjoyment I got the first time was due to surprise and the thrill of being with a full audience who was very receptive to the film. I have some

All of Transparent was released to critics a significant amount of time before the lists were due. Not comparable.

I'm amused that a Doctor Who episode that got a B+ community grade was voted one of the best 10 episodes of the year.

I was thinking about this a few days ago. Mad Men was more divisive in its later years but I think it's an easier show to appreciate now that it's over because there's a lot more subtext and variety in the episodes. Breaking Bad is the more thrilling ride but Mad Men is the show I'd much rather revisit.

After tomorrow you don't have to worry about that.

Brandon said it would have made his list if he had seen all the episodes. They only got to see about half before they had to turn in their ballots.

She tried to drown her baby in season 4.

UnREAL is the 2nd best show in the top 10 behind Mad Men.

Which is the best season finale of the year, this or Nathan For You's "The Hero"?
