Probably not, my brain went to it because R.E.M. is my favorite American band and that's my favorite album by them. I think Pet Sounds is overrated.
When Ravi asked what the best American album of all time was my first instinct was R.E.M.'s Automatic For The People so I liked that there was a cover of Everybody Hurts later in the episode

2 episodes to go but Indians on TV is my favorite and Old People is the one that made me impatient for it to end
In my opinion it's still one of the most frustrating shows on TV with its fair share of wonderful and awful moments. Definitely worth watching but not one of my favorite shows.
